2024 Senior Management Conference Program

2024 Compensation Data Report is available for purchase!

This comprehensive 90-page report reflects wage and benefit information current as of January 31, 2024, provided by 47 private, nonprofit community-based agencies across Michigan and summarizing 4,288 actual hourly wages encompassing 93 job classifications.

The data is presented in aggregate and in two subsets to permit a closer comparison among similarly sized organizations: 23 agencies with annual budgets under $6 million and 24 agencies with annual budgets above $6 million.

Copies of the report have been distributed via email to Federation Full Member CEOs and HR directors as a member benefit and to non-Federation agencies that paid to participate.

2024-2025 Child Welfare In-Service Training Catalog

The 2024-2025 Child Welfare In-Service Training Catalog featuring opportunities that are offered FREE of charge to family preservation and child welfare workers and supervisors at private agencies that contract with MDHHS, as well as DHHS employees.

 All of these trainings are DHHS approved for meeting the in-service training hour requirements set forth by DHHS requiring all caseworkers to receive a minimum of at least 32 hours of in-service training hours annually, and supervisors 16 hours annually. Training participants may also earn CE hours.

 You will also find attached the FREE Parent Training opportunities that can be shared with foster, adoptive, kinship/relative and birth parents to support their training needs, and required hours of training as well.

 Please direct any questions you may have about these courses to the MSU School of Social Work or the university hosting these trainings-- and remember to register soon, as courses have limited space and will fill up quickly!
